Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party company after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment.

An Applicant(s) is required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease execution. A $300 to $500 security deposit is required depending on the floor plan.

Monthly rent includes quarterly pest control, valet trash removal, all maintenance and all amenities.

Pet #1 Fee $200 (non-refundable)
Pet #2 Fee $200 (non-refundable)
MONTHLY PET RENT – $20 per pet for the duration of the pet’s residency.

Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

Yes! Choose the “Leasing Info” tab at the top of our website. Under leasing info select the option of “ready to apply to the future resident waitlist”. Please read the future resident application instructions and click “apply now”. Here you will find a list of floor plans within our community, select “join waitlist” on the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.

There is not a specific time period: the length of time is determined by the number of move out notices received each month, and when new residents want the units.

Patios and balconies are designed for the enjoyment and relaxation of our residents. Grills of any type are not allowed on the balconies. All grills on patios must be used away from the building and patio fences. No fire pits are allowed on the patios or balconies. Gazebos are permitted on the patios.

We offer an exclusive AT&T product for our residents.

There are no assigned parking spaces. All parking is first come, first serve. All residents have parking decals that allow them to park in front of the buildings. We do have carports and garages available for rent.

No, we do not have W/D connections in the units. Most of our apartments do have a washer/dryer stack unit. There are also 2 full size laundry facilities on the property in each clubhouse.

No, but we have 2 large swimming pools and 2 private clubhouses.
